Thomas E. Roberts

Mr. Thomas E. Roberts age 88 of 111 Wheeless Rd. Thomaston died Friday March 5, 2010 at his residence.

Mr. Roberts was born on January 9, 1922 in Athens Ga, to the late Willie and Fannie Roberts. He worked in the textile industry for many years. Mr. Roberts was a member of Clark’s Chapel Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Reba Roberts of Thomaston Ga, daughter and son in law Gwinette and Calvin Heaton of Thomaston Ga, son and daughter in law Thomas and Beverly Roberts of Thomaston Ga, brothers and sisters in law Ed and Joyce Roberts of Thomaston Ga, Dwayne Roberts of Thomaston Ga, Wilburn Roberts of Stockbridge Ga, Gene and Vicki Roberts of Thomaston Ga, sisters and brothers in law Nobie Youngblood of Thomaston Ga, Florence and Cecil McHAffie of Stone Mountain Ga, Glenda Roberts of Thomaston Ga. Grandchildren 2, Great Grandchildren 3.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday March 8, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Upson Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday evening March 7, 2010 from 5:00p.m. to 7:00p.m.
