Aliyah Nicole Blount age 27 of Thomaston Ga, died Tuesday April 2, 2024.

Aliyah was born on August 2, 1996, in Thomaston, Georgia to Michael Blount, and Daphne Alsobrooks.  She worked in the Radiology Department at Upson Regional Medical Center.

Survivors include her parents, Michael (Lasha Murphy) Blount, Daphne Alsobrooks all of Thomaston, fiancé, Eric Peaden of Thomaston, son, Kaynin Douglas Peaden, brothers, Alex Blount, Alden Reid both of Thomaston, sister, Keeli Blount, Sierra Reid both of Thomaston, grandparents, Doug and Shirley Morris, Denise Hammock, all of Thomaston, aunt, Kristal Reid, uncle, Scotty Blount, great-grandmother, Jeanette Shepard, mother and father in law, Stephanie and Todd Peaden, brother in law, Jordan (Taylor) Peaden, niece, Jaxie Peaden, and many cousins, and friends.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, April 5, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. at Coggins Funeral Home.
