Mrs. Avanell Thrasher Rogers age 86 of Thomaston Ga, passed away Saturday May 14, 2022 at her residence.

Mrs. Rogers was born on July 13, 1935 in Thomaston Ga, to the late Mose Lee Thrasher and the late Estelle Fleming Thrasher. She worked in the day care industry for many years and was a member of Faith Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Billie Earl Rogers Sr., & daughter Kathy Rogers.

Survivors include her daughters Earline Cargile of Brunswick Ga, Sue (Gary) VanHouten of Brunswick Ga, Shirley Avanell Rogers of Thomaston Ga, sons Billie E. Rogers Jr. of Thomaston Ga, H. Keith (Diane) Rogers of Gainesville Mo, brother Roger (Linda) Thrasher of Thomaston Ga, 22 grandchildren 86 great grandchildren & great great grandchildren.

Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
