Mrs. Betty "Devonne" Hasty Morris age 78 of Thomaston Ga, died Saturday April 19, 2025, at Navicent Health in Macon.

Mrs. Morris was born on December 28, 1946, in Thomaston, to the late Jack Hasty and the late Callie Carter Hasty.  She worked for the Martha Mills and Flint River Tech.  She was a member of the Eastern Star and Outreach Full Gospel Church.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Willard Hasty, Harold Hasty, and Jimmy Hasty.

Survivors include her husband. Ray Alton Morris of Thomaston, son, Johnny (Sherry) Morris, grandchildren, Melissa Lane, Courtney Cain, Savannah (Nathaniel) Bloodworth, Kaitlyn Morris, great-grandchildren, Hunter, Ethan, Evan, Masen, Trey, Caiden, Jase, Emerson, and Saylor.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Southview Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. at Coggins Funeral Home.

The family is meeting after the service for a meal at Outreach Church for those who would like to attend.
