Ms. Betty Jean Williams Fowler age 81 of Woodbury Ga, died Sunday September 3, 2023, at Upson Regional Medical Center.

Ms. Fowler was born on October 19, 1941, in Zebulon, Georgia, to the late Joseph Luther Williams and to the late Mary Emiley Langley.  She worked for Carters in the sewing room and was a member of the Antioch Baptist Church in Woodbury.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Larry David Williams and Ronnie Luther Williams.

Survivors include her daughter Debbie O'Neal of Thomaston, sons, William Ray Williams of Griffin, Ricky Jarrell Heath of Griffin, brother, Roy Edwin (Diane) Williams of Griffin, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at a later date by the family.
