Mrs. Beverly Renee York age 61, of Thomaston, died Monday, February 20, 2023, at her residence.

Mrs. York was born on January 26, 1962, in Pike County, to the late John Gordy and the late Reno Henly Gordy.  She worked as a stock clerk at Walmart and was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother Buck Gordy, and grandson, Flynt Reese.

Survivors include her husband Warren Michael York of Thomaston, daughter, Mandie (Michael) Baucom of Gay, Melissa (Kyle) Cummings-Berry of Thomaston, Caselynn (C.J.) Futch of Thomaston, stepdaughter, three stepsons, sisters, Karen Landers of Barnesville, Barbara (Wendall) Clark of Zebulon, grandchildren, Jayden Cummings, Rylan Berry, Lemon Berry and eleven additional grandchildren.

Mrs. York was cremated, and no services are planned at this time.
