Mrs. Carolyn Weems Holley age 83 of Thomaston Ga, died Friday February 23, 2024, at her residence.

Mrs. Holley was born on December 10, 1940, in Thomaston, Georgia, to the late Edward Allison Weems, and the late Lucile McCard Weems.  She worked as an educator for thirty years, in Barrow and Cobb Counties and was a member of Valley Grove Baptist Church.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Donald Eugene Holley, and sister, Frances Wheeler.

Survivors include her daughter, Neca Holley and son in law, Bob Tilley both of Thomaston, numerous nieces and nephews.  The family would like to extend their gratitude to dear friend and caregiver, Ernestine Fordham.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, February 25, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Valley Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 25, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. from Coggins Funeral Home.
