Mr. Cecil Eugene Scruggs age 70 of Thomaston Ga., died Thursday November 11, 2021 at Harborview Health and Rehab.

Mr. Scruggs was born on February 6, 1951 in Pike County Ga., to the late Walter Calvin Scruggs and the late Rachel Spraggins Scruggs. He worked for McDaniel Construction for many years. Mr. Scruggs was of the Baptist faith. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Mable Ann Watson Scruggs.

Survivors include his daughter Mindy Thompson, son Nathan Eugene Scruggs, sisters Nancy Groce, Linda Jones, 2 grandchildren 1 great grandchild.

It was Mr. Scruggs wishes to be cremated.
