Chanda Johnson Hardy age 52 of Thomaston Ga, passed away Tuesday April 15, 2025, at Emory University Hospital.

Chanda was born on March 6, 1973, in Thomaston, Georgia, to Mark and Cheryl Watson Johnson. She worked as an Office Manager at Upson EMC and was a member of Mountain View Baptist Church.

Survivors include her parents, Mark and Cheryl Johnson of Thomaston, sons, Ross (Audrey) Hardy of Jacksonville, Florida, Reid Hardy of Thomaston, and sister, Shelby (John) Stewart of Thomaston.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. from Mountain View Baptist Church.  Burial will follow at Southview Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Saturday April 19, 2025, from 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m. at Mountain View Baptist Church.
