Mr. Clayborn Anthony Wood age 68 of Woodbury Ga, died Sunday June 23, 2024, at Harborview Health and Rehab.

Mr. Wood was born on May 6, 1956, in Lynwood, California, to Corbett Oscar Wood, and the late Beverly Ann Rich Wood.  He worked as a master level electrician, journeymen wiremen and was a member of Mountain View Baptist Church. Mr. Clayborn loved singing karaoke, singing God's praises, and he was an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan.  He is preceded in death by his mother.

Survivors include his wife, Charlotte Joan Wood of Woodbury, father Corbett Oscar (Margaret) Wood of Cartersville, daughters, Lauren Cook of New Jersey, Erica (Jelfrey) Martin-Guzman, sons, Steven (Laura) Wood of California, James Wood of Tempe, Arizona, brothers, Chris Wood of Cartersville, Daryl (Wendy) Abney of Marietta, sister, Tammy (Burt) Long of Thomaston, grandchildren, Nadia Richardson, Joshua Cook Jr., Zoey Cook, Amanda Cook and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Crystal Hill Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, from 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. at Coggins Funeral Home.
