Mrs. Consuelo Louisa Wiggins, age 85, of Monroville AL, formerly of Ft Valley GA, died Monday, June 1, 2026, at Select Specialty Hospital in Pensacola FL.

Mrs. Wiggins was born February 3, 1941, in Philadelphia PA, to the late Francisco Miguel Santiago and Pilar Solis Santiago. She was a retired seamstress for Levi Strauss & Co. ands a member of Livingstone Baptist Church in Ft Valley.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Shellie Wiggins; daughter, Tina Marie Majors; and great-grandson, Landon Wiggins. She is survived by her daughters, Tammie Lou (Bob) Rainey, Teresa Ann (Ray White) Wiggins; son, Eddie (Patty) Wiggins; son-in-law, Mike Majors; brothers, Mitchell (Marty) Santiago, Charlie Henry Santiago; sisters, Seni Santiago, Carmen Pilar Santiago, Maria Elena (David) Sabelko, Carmen L. De Santiago; grandchildren, Shelley (Nash) Austin, Josh (Lindsey) Dobbins, Casie (Jason) Crosby, Michael Wiggins, Eddie Brandon (Rachel) Wiggins, Kay (Tyler) Dean, Tamie-Anne (Aaron) Gentry, Ezra James Wiggins; and 14 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mrs. Wiggins will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2026, in the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home, at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in Crystal Hill Cemetery. Her family will receive friends on Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 10:00 - 11:00 am at Coggins Funeral Home.
