Obituary

 Cynthia Faye Syme, 75, of Warner Robins Ga, went to her eternal resting place on April 12, 2023, due to health complications.   

 Faye was born on July 3, 1947, to Willie & Bernice Gilman in Macon, Ga. Faye was the second of four children born to The Gilman's. After graduating high school, Faye took time to travel the U.S. & later earned her license in real estate. Faye worked as an independent contractor at Robins Air Force Base, as a technical writer, for 20+ years. In 1975, Faye gave birth to her son, Kenny Churchwell in Macon, Ga.   

 Faye was motivated, strong willed, & resilient. She believed life was a constant opportunity to learn & try new things. Her hobbies included reading, gardening, working out, & rescuing animals. Faye's passions included practicing her Christian Faith, working, learning new vegan recipes, & spoiling her beloved Himalayan cats, Pricilla & Trinity.   

 Faye was predeceased by two sisters Kitt Thompson & Susan Kraemer, as well as her brother, Robert Gilman.   

 She is survived by her son, John Kenneth Churchwell Jr. & four grandchildren, Austin Jacob Churchwell, Katelyn Louise Churchwell, Natalie Taylor Churchwell, & Jackson Luke Churchwell.   

 Services will be held at Solid Rock Community Church, (located at 401 Thomson Road Warner Robins, Ga 31093) on Sunday April 23, 2023 at 2:00PM. Guests are welcome to share their favorite memories of Faye during her memorial service.   

 The family requests flowers be sent to 648 Friar Tuck Lane   Macon, Ga 31220, prior to the memorial service, or donations be made to Kitty City Cat Rescue of Macon, Ga (     https://www.kittycitycatrescue.com/read-me     ).
