Mr. David Jack Blankenship, age 59, of Thomaston, died Monday, November 7, 2022, at the Upson Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Blankenship was born in Kankakee, Illinois on January 19, 1963, to the late Jack Oliver Blankenship, and the late Loraine Stultz Blankenship.  He worked for the DOT as a Construction Project Manager and was a member of Emanuel Baptist Church in Zebulon.  He is preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Diane Dumas Blankenship of Thomaston, daughter, Quincie Blankenship of Thomaston, and sister, Nancy Ann Blankenship of Thomaston.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 10, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. from Emanuel Baptist Church in Zebulon.  Burial will follow at Crystal Hill Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 10, 2022, from 3:00 p.m-4:00 p.m. at Emanuel Baptist Church.
