Mrs. Deborah Lindsey Nixon, age 76, of Thomaston Ga, died Thursday, July 25, 2024, at her residence.

Mrs. Nixon was born on November 8, 1947, in Philadelphia, PA, to the late Ernest Lindsey, and the late Cleo Thompson Durden.  She worked for the Walmart in the stockroom and was a member of Hendricks Baptist Church.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Roger Nixon; and brother, Jerry Lindsey.

Survivors include her daughters, Sherry (Kevin) Adams of Thomaston, and Amy Heaton of Macon; son, Charles (Janet) Nixon of Thomaston; ten grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held on Monday, July 29, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends on Monday, July 29, 2024, from 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. at Coggins Funeral Home.
