Mr. Edward "Eddie" Sommers, age 68 of Meansville, Georgia, died Monday, January 9, 2023, at Upson Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Sommers was born on November 10, 1954, in Hempstead, New York, to the late Joseph Sommers and the late June Bredekamp Sommers.  He worked in maintenace and was a pallet builder.  He was a member of Mountain Gap Church in Meansville.  He is preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Michelle Sommers of Meansville, daughters, Rachel Flemming of Meansville, Nancy Sommers, of Griffin, son, Eddie Sommers of Barnesville, grandchildren, Johnathan, Michael, Landen, Katara, and Edward.

Mr. Sommers was cremated, and no services are planned at this time.
