Mrs. Eleanor Belscher age 74 of Thomaston Ga, died Tuesday January 23, 2024, at Brightmoor Hospice.

Mrs. Belscher was born on February 19, 1949, in Thomaston, Georgia, to the late Carl Lee James and the late Louise Eubanks James.  She worked as a bookkeeper and was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness Church.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Nick Belscher, brother, Carl Bruce James, sister Patsy McLemore, nieces, Kimberly James and Melody James Kemp.

Survivors include her sister-in-law, Janis James of Thomaston, and niece, Kayla (Randy) Teal of Thomaston.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday January 27, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Southview Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 27, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. from Coggins Funeral Home.
