Mr. Charles Fred Taunton age 66 of Butler Ga, died Wednesday September 14, 2022, at Taylor County Health and Rehab.

Mr. Taunton was born on May 7, 1956, in Perry, to the late Eulan Theus Taunton, and the late Hazel McDaniel Taunton.  He worked as a Forman at Robinson Construction.  He is preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his brother, William (Lynne) Taunton of Reynolds, sister, Sandra Taunton of Butler, Vickie (Jerry) Gordon of Thomaston, niece, Erica Royals, nephews, Michael Gordon, Daniel Foy, Jeremy Foy, and many great nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held on Sunday September 18, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. from Bethlehem Primitive Church Cemetery in Butler.  The family will receive friends on Sunday September 18, 2022, from 1:00 p.m-2:00 p.m. at Coggins Funeral Home.
