Mrs. Georgia Clay Coggins age 94 of Thomaston Ga, passed away Wednesday October 26, 2022 at West Village Assisted Living.

Mrs. Coggins was born on August 26, 1928 in Meriwether County Ga, to the late George Franklin Clay and the late Minnie Smoot Clay. She worked as a district manager for Avon for many years. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Rev. Lamar Coggins, children Cheryl Peacock, & Kerry "Buddy" Coggins.

Survivors include her daughter Mrs. Kay (Jimmy) Parrott of Thomaston Ga, son Mr. Tim (Donna) Coggins of Oakboro N.C, son in law Mr. Don Peacock of Thomaston Ga, many grandchildren and great grandchildren also survive.
