Mrs. Gertrude 'Trudy' Rose Figler Cukalevski age 81, passed peacefully at her home in Barnesville, Ga on October 22, 2023.

Trudy was born in Rochester, NY on December 24, 1941 and moved to Georgia in 1986.

She is preceded in death by her parents Henry and Genevieve Figler, brothers Bob, and John, and sister Jean Figler Marusiak. Her stepfather Carl Wynings, and her two beloved sons-in-love, Chad Jeremy Hatchett and Dennis Ray 'Bubba' Watson.

Trudy is survived by her loving husband Josif, son Kevin, step daughter Aneta, daughter Lora and her most precious grandson Connor. Several nieces and nephews and her special sister Judy Emler also survive.

The family would like to thank Brightmoor hospice for the wonderful, personalized care that was shown Trudy over the last 14 months. And another big thank you to her very special caregivers Regina, Barbara and Linda who have become family over the last year.

There are no services planned, as per Trudy's wishes.
