Mrs. Gladys Ogletree Johnson, age 86, of Thomaston, died Monday, November 1, 2021, at her daughter's residence.

Mrs. Johnson was born on December 20, 1934 in Troup County, to the late Otis Roscoe Fincher, and to the late Bertha Lee Crossley Fincher.  She retired from the Martha Mills, and was a member of Northside Baptist Church.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Lee Ogletree, second husband, Louis Johnson, sister, Lorine Burks, and brother, Otis Fincher.

Survivors include her daughters, Brenda (Tommy) Woodall, Cindy (Bruce) Turner, Darlene (Mike) Buffington, sisters, Bessie Jenkins, Joanne Raybon, Mary (Tootie) Smith, grandchildren, Mitch Martin, Samantha McDonald, Heather Brooks, Andrew Buffington, Amanda Buffington, Seth Buffington, step- grandchildren, Holly Turner, Diedra Desnoyer, Randall Turner, 22 great-grandchildren, and pets, Joe and Max.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at 2:00 pm. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Crystal Hill Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 from 1:00 p.m.- 2:00 p.m. at Coggins Funeral Home.
