Mr. Grady Steve Cochran, age 71, of Thomaston GA, passed away Sunday, May 15, 2022, at Upson Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Cochran was born on February 16, 1951, in Thomaston, to the late Grady Lee Cochran and the late Jesse Holston Cochran.  He worked as a Correctional Officer at Jackson State Prison and served his country in the US Navy.  He was a member of Northridge Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Debra Cochran of Thomaston; sons, Chad Cochran of Butler, and Brad (Kimberly) Cochran of Thomaston; brother, Thomas (Terry) Cochran of Thomaston; sisters, Glenda (Claude) O'Hern of Thomaston, Dorris (Donnie) Bryan of Buena Vista, and Mabel (Forrest) Lane of Buena Vista; grandchildren, Cameron Cochran, Katie Cochran, Cole Cochran, Caroline Cochran, and Hope Napoletano.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Crystal Hill Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at Coggins Funeral Home.
