Mrs. Imogene Williams Cook, age 75, of Thomaston, died Friday, February 25, 2022, at her daughter's residence.

Mrs. Cook was born on March 29, 1946, in Thomaston, to the late Ed Williams, and the late Ruth Daniel Williams.  She retired from Harborview as a Dietary Manager after 14 years and was a member of Mountain View Baptist Church.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Alton Herron Cook, and sister, Ann Peters.

Survivors include her daughter, Karen (Todd) Lowe of Thomaston, son, Larry (Bobbi) Cook of Woodbury, brother-in-law, Robbie Peters of Birmingham, Alabama, sister, Betty Hammock of Thomaston, five grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 28, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. from Mountain View Baptist Church.  Burial will follow at Upson Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 27, 2022, from 2:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m. at Coggins Funeral Home.
