Mr. Lelious "Fat Kat" Thomas Harris, age 77, of Thomaston GA, died Thursday, March 7, 2024, at Harborview Health and Rehab.

Mr. Harris was born on June 4, 1946, in Taylor County, to the late Lelious Freeman Harris and to the late Sybil Mae Barrow Harris. He served his country in the U.S. Army and then worked as a delivery driver for Edenfield's Vending Service and was of the Baptist Faith.  In addition to his parents; he is preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Jean Burkett; and brother, Ricky Harris.

Survivors include his sons, Thomas (Kayla) Harris, Jeremy (Bobbie) Harris; and sisters, Patricia Snyder, and Ellen Townsend.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 11, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends on Monday, March 11, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. from Coggins Funeral Home.
