Mrs. Linda Kay Harris Hewitt, age 71, of Thomaston, died Monday, February 3, 2025, at Eternal Hope Hospice, in Griffin GA..

Mrs. Hewitt was born on May 29, 1953, in Upson County, GA, to the late Carson Clinton Harris, and the late Jimmie Walker Daniel.  She retired from Thomaston Mills.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Jonathan Curtis Beverly.

Survivors include her husband, Arthur Jay Hewitt of Thomaston; daughters, Rose Marie Pitts, Angie Kay Selph; son, Barry Eugene (Rebecca) Beverly; brother, Greg (Lynn) Daniel; sisters, Brenda (Loren) Pettis, Christy (Tony) Harrison; grandchildren, Timothy (Sarah) Blount, Hayley (Jared) Roberts, Jasper Beverly, Jamie Muse, and Deanna Mitchell; and Twelve great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 7, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Friday, February 7, 2025 from 1:00 - 2:00 PM at Coggins Funeral Home.
