Mrs. Margie Voyles, age 85 of Thomaston, died Thursday, June 26, 2025, at Harborview Nursing Home.

Mrs. Voyles was born on July 31, 1939, in Thomaston, Georgia to the late Johnny Lee Daniel and the late Minnie Caldwell Daniel.  She worked for the Upson County Board of Education and was a member of East Thomaston Baptist Church.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Bobby Wilson.

Survivors include her husband, Don Voyles of Thomaston, daughters, Rachel (Richie) Tabachnick of Ligonier, Pennsylvania, Sara (Bill) Liebel of Martinez, Georgia, Rebecca (Kevin) Caravati of Hilton Head, South Carolina, son, Don (Christy) Voyles Jr. of Hampton, Georgia, sister, Margaret Elizabeth McGowan of Lizella, Georgia, seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday July 12, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Southview Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 12, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at Coggins Funeral Home.
