Mrs. Mary Alice Ledbetter Odom age, 89 of Thomaston, died Monday, May 16, 2022, at Upson Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Odom was born on July 21, 1932, in Rome, Georgia, to the late James Doyle Ledbetter and the late Allie E. Satcher Ledbetter.  She worked for BF Goodrich for 36 years and was a member of Mt. View Baptist Church.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James Wilbur Odom, brothers, James Robert Ledbetter and Charles Emmett Ledbetter, sister, Betty Sue Odom, and son, Billy Allen Odom.

Survivors include her son, Joey (Holly) Odom of Thomaston, brother-in-law, Bartow "Bart" (Sybil) Odom of Macon, and granddaughter, Elizabeth Grace Odom.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday May 19, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Crystal Hill Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Thursday May 19, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at Coggins Funeral Home.
