Mrs. Mary Alice Wynn, age 83 of Thomaston, died Monday, June 10, 2024, at Upson Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Wynn was born on December 15, 1940, in Sandersville, Georgia, to the late Arthur Peavy, and the late Orie Lee Wilkins Peavy.  She retired from Riverside Health and Rehab as a nurse.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Wynn, daughter, Angela Sturgeon, brothers, Son Peavy, Jimmy Peavy, Jack Peavy, and sisters, Etta Mae Trawick, and Dorris Gibson.

Survivors include her daughter, Kim (Randy) Parker of Thomaston, son, Tony Smith of Middleburg, Florida, brothers, Bobby (Nita) Peavy of Milledgeville, Eddie (Gail) Peavy of Macon, grandchildren, Kayla Parker, Chris Parker, B.J. Whitley, Faith Garner, Susan Diana, and seven great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 15, 2024, from 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m. at Coggins Funeral Home.
