Mattie Lee Ledford, age 81 of Thomaston, formerly of Abbeville, passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at her residence.  Graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, December 31 ^st in the Stubbs Cemetery.  Pastor Chuck Taylor will officiate.

Ms. Ledford was born on September 18, 1941 in Abbeville, Ga.  She was daughter of the late Clyde B. Ledford and Annie M. Ledford.  She was of the Methodist Faith.  She is preceded in death by a sister-Carolyn Elder and brothers-James Ledford, Vernon Ledford and Jackie Wayne Ledford.

Survivors include:  brother-Willie H. (Montine) Ledford, sister-Joycelyn McCranie and several nieces and nephews.
