Mr. Mitchell Keith Eason, age 54, of 726 Sherry Street, died Saturday, July 25, 2015 at Upson Regional Medical Center. Mr. Eason was born on March 27 1961 in Upson County to Barbara Eason Moore and the late William (Slick) Eason. He was the Assistant Manager at Thomaston Piggly Wiggly. Mr. Eason was preceded in death by his father Mr. William (Slick) Eason and a sister Mrs. Tammy Gail Ard. Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Barbara E. Moore of Thomaston; brother, Mr. Alan (Angel) Eason of Niceville, FL; brother in Law, Mr. Ricky Ard of Thomaston; sister, Mrs. Debra (Ronny) Ard of Thomaston. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, July 26, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home with burial to follow in Valley Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, July 26, 2015 from 2:00-4:00 PM. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to the Upson Cancer Car C/O Carry Pitts, 300 Upson Ave., Thomaston GA 30286.
