Mrs. Pamela D. Salter, age 61, of Thomaston, died Saturday, September 23, 2023, at her residence.

Mrs. Salter was born on December 28, 1961, in Thomaston, to the late Franklin and Mary Ann Smith. She was an agent with State Farm Insurance in Thomaston and a member of Mountain View Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Sonny Salter; sons, Daniel (Amy-Bette) Salter, and Cody (Erica) Salter; mother-in-law, Alice Salter; sister, Denise Pope; sister-in-law, Theresa Newton; and several nieces and nephews

Funeral services for Mrs. Salter will be held Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Upson Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, September 25, 2023, from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Coggins Funeral Home.
