Mrs. Patricia Ruth Hope, age 76, of Covington, Georgia, peacefully entered into eternal rest on Monday, September 8, 2025, at Piedmont Newton Hospital.

Born on July 26, 1949, in Thomaston, Georgia, Mrs. Hope was the beloved daughter of the late William Alvin Mathews and the late Mary Nell Fowler Mathews. She dedicated over three decades of service to Sears in Atlanta and was a faithful member of Church on Main in Snellville, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her parents, several sisters, and one brother.

Mrs. Hope is survived by her devoted husband, Ronald Hope of Covington; her son, Robert Bostick, Jr., and his wife Tabitha of Yulee, Florida; her daughter, Lisa Sullivan, and her husband Ron of Dallas, Georgia; her sisters, Cathy Allison of Buford, Georgia, and Lynn Maddox of Yatesville, Georgia; her grandson, Tim Bostick, and his wife Kayla of Monroe, Georgia; and her cherished great-grandchildren, Ember, Colton, and Rowan Bostick; her stepchildren, Stephanie Hope of Duluth, Georgia and Bryan Hope of Panama City, Florida and grandson Ethan Hope of Walnut Grove, Georgia. She also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews who will fondly remember her warmth and kindness.

Memorial services honoring Mrs. Hope's life will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m. at Coggins Funeral Home.
