Mrs. Patsy Ruth Sharp Crawford, age 87, of Thomaston GA, passed away Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at her residence.

Mrs. Crawford was born on January 7, 1935, in LaGrange GA, to the late Talmadge Sharp, and the late Clara Potts.  She worked for the Thomaston Police Department for over forty years and was a member of Silvertown Baptist and Emmaus Baptist Churches.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Ryan Crawford, brothers, Talmadge Sharp Jr., William E. Sharp, and sister, Bobbie Jean Sharp Spurlin.

Survivors include her daughters, Debra Ann (Bill) Seaton of Eatonton, Belinda Gail (Mitch) Barron of Columbus, Joanna Lynn Nichelson of Thomaston, sisters, Helen Crain of Jonesboro, Janice Davis of Thomaston, seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren, her beloved Aunt Montine Mavis, cousins, many nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 6, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Upson Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends on Friday, May 6, 2022, from 2:00 p.m.- 3:00 p.m. at Coggins Funeral Home.
