Mr. Roy Howard Kitchens, age 90 of Thomaston, died Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at his residence.

Mr. Kitchens was born on November 4, 1932 in Lagrange Ga, to the late J.C. Kitchens and the late Dola Dunn Kitchens Stephens. He served his country in the U.S. Army. Mr. Kitchens was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Pauline Josephine Kitchens, brother Vineyard Stephens, sister Alice Patrick.

Survivors include his sons Keith (Susan) Kitchens of Thomaston Ga, Tommy (Susan) Johnson of Barnwell S.C, brother James (Maxine) Stephens of Warner Robins Ga, grandchildren Ashley Kitchens, Stephen Kitchens, Kellie Brown, Traci Johnson, T.J. Johnson, 7 great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday May 4, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Crystal Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Coggins Funeral Home on Thursday May 4, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
