Mrs. Sandra Colquitt Glover Brown, age 88, of Thomaston GA, died Thursday, September 5, 2024, at Riverside Health and Rehab.

Mrs. Brown was born on March 11, 1936, in Thomaston, GA, to the late Robert James Colquitt, and the late Susie Digby Colquitt.  She worked in the Bleachery Office at the Thomaston Mills and was a member of Mountain View Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents and first husband, of 50 years, Noel J. Glover.

Survivors include her husband, Bobby Benjamin Brown Sr. of Thomaston; daughter, Joy (Brian) Spillers of Tallahassee, FL; son, James (Lee) Glover of Auburn, GA; sister, Bobbie Sue Jones of Thomaston; grandchildren, Megan (Zach) Boyer, Jake Glover, Ben Glover, Joe (Chloe) Glover, Gabby Spillers; great-grandchildren, Harper Boyer, and Wyatt Boyer.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, September 8, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at New Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 8, 2024, from 2:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. at Coggins Funeral Home.
