Mrs. Sara Elizabeth Stewart Anglin, age 91, of Meansville, died Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at her residence.

Mrs. Anglin was born on September 4, 1931, in Upson County, to the late William C. Stewart, and the late Julia Key Stewart.  She retired from Civil Service, and then went on to work for the Thomaston Times, Dr. Cotney and Dr. Mark Cotney.  She was a member of Pritchett Memorial Baptist Church.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Anglin, son, Tim Anglin, grandchild, Mindy Anglin, and a great-grandchild.

Survivors include her daughter, Tyane (Michael) Presley of Meansville, sons, Tracy Anglin of Meansville, Terry (Carol) Anglin of Thomaston, grandchildren, Brian Anglin, Marsha Jackson, Brett Anglin, Tammy Dinkins, Lara Harrison, Summer Anthony, Kara Shirah, 13 great-grandchildren, and her sister-in-law, Shirley Salter of Thomaston.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. from Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 29, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at Coggins Funeral Home.
