Mr. Scott James Hay age 61 of Meansville Ga, died Tuesday November 19, 2024 at his residence.

Mr. Hay was born on March 6, 1963 in fort Riley Kansas to the late Donald Lamar Hay and the late Lynn Patricia Cramer Hay. Survivors include his sisters Donna Hay-Riley (Michael), Pattie Hay-Dupree (Bobby), Heidi Hay-Kemp (Robert) and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
