Ms. Sharma Kathlene Dent age 74 of Thomaston Ga, died Thursday June 6, 2024 at Upson Regional Medical Center.

Ms. Dent was born on February 1, 1950 in Akron Ohio to the late George Allen Strayer and the late Evelyn Reeves Strayer. She worked for Wal-Mart as a Stocking Clerk for many years.

Survivors include her son Mr. Tim Dent of Thomaston Ga.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday June 8, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at Coggins Funeral Home on Saturday June 8, 2024 from 1:00 p.m.- 2:00 p.m. It was Ms. Dent's wishes to be cremated after her service and laid to rest with her mother.
