Mrs. Sheila Parrott Cain, age 66 of Thomaston, died Monday, January 2, 2023, at Upson Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Cain was born on March 26, 1956, in Thomaston, to the late George Vernon Parrott, and the late Jean Cromer Parrott.  She worked as the Financial Manager at Riverside Health and Rehab and Bank of Upson for a number of years.  Mrs. Sheila was the main caretaker of the house and the children while Mr. Ronald Cain, her husband, was supporting his country in the United States Navy.  She was a member of Mountain View Baptist Church, is preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband, Ronald K. Cain of Thomaston, daughter, Jennifer L. (Joey Bennett) Cain of Cumming, son, Cody K. (Savannah) Cain of Zebulon, brothers, Jimmy (Kay) Parrott of Thomaston, Timmy (Donna) Parrott of Thomaston, grandchildren, Emma grace, Owen, Gabbie and Zoey.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. from Mountain View Baptist Church.  Burial will follow at Upson Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 5, 2023, from 1:00 p.m.- 2:00 p.m. at Mountain View Baptist Church.
