Steve Williams Nelson born in Atlanta, GA on June 24, 1984. A resident of Clayton County, he died on September 27, 2023 at the age of 39. Steve is survived by his sister Lisa Owenby and spouse Randy Owenby of Thomaston, GA, two brothers Timothy Nelson Jr. of Milwaukie, WI and Brandon Starnes of Forest Park, GA. He leaves behind two nieces Megan and Baylee, three nephews Austin, Eddie, and Erik, and 2 great nephews Jeremiah Jr. and Bryson. Steve is preceded in death by his sister Sonya Nelson, father Timothy Nelson Sr. and mother Marcia Starnes.

Though my mother and brother will both be truly missed by all, we will forever carry them in our hearts. Our family can rest easy knowing they are finally at peace.
