Mrs. Theresa "Terry" Helms age 67 of Thomaston Ga, died Tuesday April 11, 2023, at The Medical Center of Central Georgia.

Mrs. Helms was born on December 13, 1955, in Jacksonville, Florida, to Robbie Johnson and Marlene Meeks Johnson.  She owned and operated her own catering business, loved scuba diving with her husband Kim, sky diving and Disney World.

Survivors include her husband Kim Helms of Thomaston, parents Robbie and Marlene Johnson of Macon, sons, Shane (Lauren) Joiner of Macon, Clint Joiner of Macon, sister, Tammy Crawford of Milledgeville, and grandchild, Jack Joiner of Macon.

Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends on Tuesday April 18, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. at Coggins Funeral Home.
