Mr. Tony Otis Bell, age 77, of Thomaston GA, died Sunday, February 15, 2026, at Upson Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Bell was born in Mauk GA, on August 25, 1948, in Mauk Ga, to the late Henry Otis "H.O." Bell and the late Cecile Fowler Bell. He was formerly employed with Georgia Department of Transportation where he worked as a Bridge Inspector. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his sister, Sharon Bell Shaw.

Survivors include his daughter, Mrs. Evan Bell (Josh) Key of Thomaston; life companion, Ms. Pat Dever of Thomaston; Pat's children, John Dever, Heather (Kyle) Advent;  grandchildren, Avery Key, Caiden Elliott, Landon Elliott, Chris Dever.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Upson Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Coggins Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
