Mr. William "Bill" Rochford Maher, age 74, of Meansville GA, died Friday, October 16, 2026, at Upson Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Maher was born on September 3, 1952 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Warner R. Maher and the late Mary Ann Kiplinger Maher.  He worked as a flight instructor and was a member of St. Peter The Rock Church.  In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister Kathleen Evelyn Maher.

Survivors include his wife, Sherry "Marlene" Savage Maher, daughter, Heather (Cody) Adams, sons, Rocky (Miranda) Maher, Jason Chandler, sisters, June (Kevin Huskins) Smith, Lyndia (Steve) Hurd, grandchildren, Carly, harper, London, Millie "Millie Mae Maher".

Funeral services will be held on Monday October 19, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapek of Coggins Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Crystal Hill Cemetery.  The family will receive friends of Monday, October 19, 2026 from 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m. at Coggins Funeral Home.
