Mr. W. Gerald Bruce, age 71, of Cannon, Georgia passed away on Monday, September 16, 2024, at Upson Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Bruce was born on September 23, 1952, in Greenville, South Carolina, to the late Coy Thomas Bruce and the late Mary Jackson Bruce.  He was a retired salesman. Mr. Bruce was also an avid horseman and previously ran a small horse farm. He was a life-long member of Eastland Baptist Church in Greenville, South Carolina.  He is preceded in death by his parents, his brother Mark Bruce, and his brother-in-law Richard Smart.

He is survived by his daughter, Cheryl E. Bruce of Phoenix, Arizona, son, Gerrad (Karisa) Bruce of Easley, South Carolina, sister, Cheryl (Barry) White and grandchild William Bruce.

A memorial service will be held at 11 am Friday September 20th at Mackey Funerals and Cremations at Woodlawn Memorial Park located at 1 Pine Knoll Dr in Greenville.
